A leading and well-established motor dealership in Durban is seeking a Senior Admin Controller to join their team.
This key position acts as the Second-in-Command (2IC) to the Finance Director, overseeing and managing the full administrative and financial control functions across the dealership.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive dealership administration experience, capable of independently running the admin side of the business during the Finance Director’s absence.
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven motor dealership experience in accounting principles, reconciliations, and dealership management systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership ability with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
• Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Clear ITC and criminal record
• Traceable references
Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 (depending on experience)
