Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven B2B Live Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. In this role, you will engage potential business clients in real-time, understand their needs, and offer company products and services, aiming to close sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and a focus on delivering excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities:
· Focus almost exclusively on cold calling to identify client needs and recommend company products/services, with minimal support from email and social media outreach.
· Qualify leads and manage inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
· Build and maintain relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
· Provide accurate and detailed information about offers and meet/exceed sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
· Provide feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of B2B sales, telesales, or customer support experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to quickly build rapport.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with a focus on achieving sales targets.
· Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles.
· Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in challenging and rewarding sales environment.
· Strong time management, organization, and deadline adherence.
· Ability to work independently or in a team.
· Open to ongoing training and development
· Experience with appointment setting and LinkedIn is a plus
