Job Description.
Your role as a Bartender is to serve all beverages according to carefully crafted recipes, SOP and hygiene standards. You are to consistently practice this art and to develop new flavourful and refreshing concoctions that will make our brand standout from all the other venues.
You will be responsible to:
· Ensure beverages are correctly made according to the brand’s recipes.
· Make sure that beverages are served to the guests in a timely manner.
· Prepare the daily Bar mise-en-place.
· Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service to all guests.
· Contribute constructive suggestions for new beverages.
· Follow hygiene standard and COVID-related guidelines.
· Assists colleagues on their stations, when needed.
