Bartender

We are looking for friendly Bartenders to join our bar team at Earls. Our Bartenders take pride in their work and love meeting new people. They understand the importance of their job but also know how to have fun while doing it. Whether the bar is busy or not, they always make sure every drink they make is perfect.

As a Bartender, you will:

• Be good at doing many things at once. You’ll work fast while still being friendly and making great drinks for everyone.
• Talk to guests in a friendly way. You’ll enjoy chatting with all kinds of guests, whether they’re here for the first time or come here often.
• Solve problems and help your team. When there’s a problem, you’ll use your skills and work with your team to fix it.
• Show how much you love serving guests. You’ll know a lot about the food and drinks we offer and share that knowledge with our guests.

What we need from you:

• 1 year of experience serving or making drinks in a busy place.
• Knowledge of different types of alcohol (like liquor, wine, and beer).
• A love for being friendly, working with others, and having a good time.
• Willingness to learn and be open to feedback and advice.
• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
