Ad-din Mother Care Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Sales Officer (PSO) to play a pivotal role in expanding its market presence. As a PSO, you will be at the forefront of the company’s retail initiatives, engaging in strategic branding efforts at retail points and conducting personalized sessions with retailers to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
A key aspect of this role involves fostering enduring relationships with customers. You will be responsible for not only acquiring new customers but also ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. This entails proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback, as well as promptly resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and build trust will be paramount to your success in this position.
In addition to customer engagement, you will also play a crucial role in building and managing the sales team. This includes screening and training sales employees to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell the company’s products. Your leadership and guidance will be instrumental in empowering the team to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
As a PSO, you will be tasked with promoting company products to potential customers through various channels, including direct outreach and promotional activities. Your comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offerings, coupled with your persuasive communication skills, will enable you to effectively convey the value proposition and drive conversion.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer demand, and feedback. This data will provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement, allowing the company to make informed decisions and enhance its overall sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in retail point branding and conduct one-to-one sessions with retailers.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers.

- Address customer inquiries and escalate challenging issues to relevant departments.

Educational Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Profound understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Established track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
