Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager who will support our activities and contribute to the further development of the organization.
Our office is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for supporting the main Call Center manager in arranging meetings for the sales network. The person in this position will develop a growth strategy, prepare a budget, and monitor financial results. Their tasks will also include preparing and implementing new telemarketing projects, creating new structures and teams, as well as ensuring cost efficiency across all teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Call Center team manager in arranging meetings for the sales network
- Developing Call Center growth strategy
- Preparing and managing the budget
- Monitoring financial results (P&L)
- Creating and implementing new telemarketing projects
- Building new structures and teams adapted to specific operational needs
- Preparing complete process documentation
- Implementing and supervising strategy execution
- Optimizing costs and ensuring cost efficiency across all teams and locations
- Finding external partners in Bulgaria to support company projects
- Cooperating with partners through supervision and settlement of collaboration
- Effectively managing the customer database and utilizing it in various projects
- Acquiring new sources of customer databases for sales projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a Call Center
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Knowledge of processes and tools related to telephone customer service
- Ability to plan budgets and monitor financial indicators
- Experience in creating and implementing processes and documentation
- Data analysis skills and ability to draw conclusions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
