Position: Call Center MTO
Location: House 389, Road 14, Savar DOHS, Savar, Dhaka
Employment Status: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
As a Call Center MTO, your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive product information to customers via phone regarding our range of products and services.
- Demonstrating proficiency in handling customer inquiries across various platforms such as live chat, email, and Facebook.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and readiness to undertake any additional tasks delegated by the management.
- Promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in online tools and platforms.
- A fast typing speed to ensure efficient handling of customer queries.
- A minimum educational qualification of HSC.
- Proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
