Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing administrative and financial tasks at the center, which includes:

  • Finance
  • Enrolment
  • Procurement
  • Student Matters
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Administrative Support

Additionally, you will be responsible for receptionist duties such as:

  • Greeting visitors and guests with a cheerful attitude
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional and polite manner
  • Supporting and maintaining close communication with agencies and stakeholders
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by your supervisor (AM/SE/DM)

Job Holder Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels, with good grades in English and Mathematics
  • Certifications: Preferably a Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
    • Effective listening and written communication
    • Ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
    • Good time management skills
    • Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently and with initiative
    • A strong team player with good problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
