Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing administrative and financial tasks at the center, which includes:
- Finance
- Enrolment
- Procurement
- Student Matters
- Human Resources (HR)
- Administrative Support
Additionally, you will be responsible for receptionist duties such as:
- Greeting visitors and guests with a cheerful attitude
- Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional and polite manner
- Supporting and maintaining close communication with agencies and stakeholders
- Performing any other tasks assigned by your supervisor (AM/SE/DM)
Job Holder Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 3 GCE ‘O’ Levels, with good grades in English and Mathematics
- Certifications: Preferably a Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
- Effective listening and written communication
- Ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Good time management skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently and with initiative
- A strong team player with good problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
