Tycon Foundry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide clients with tailored alloy solutions.
* Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, manage accounts, and generate reports.
Administrative Duties:
* Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for the leadership and sales teams.
* Organize and maintain client records, contracts, and documentation.
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
* Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Assist with inventory management and order tracking for client projects.
Strategic Support:
* Analyze client feedback and work with internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Tycon Foundry’s products and services.
* Monitor client accounts to identify risks or opportunities for growth.
* Support the development of strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
* Strong administrative skills with experience managing schedules, documents, and office operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
* Knowledge of the manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
