Job Title: Administrative Client Relationship Manager
Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Contact: Be the main point of contact for clients. You will make sure their needs are met quickly and professionally.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and needs.
- Work with Teams: Coordinate with other teams in the company to make sure products and services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports about the status of client accounts and share updates with clients.
- Problem Solving: Help solve any client issues or complaints quickly to keep clients happy.
- Meetings: Organize and take part in client meetings (online or in person) to discuss the progress of projects and address any concerns.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of client information, including contracts, communications, and other important documents.
- Identify Opportunities: Look for chances to offer additional services to clients, such as upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing client relationships.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or something similar is helpful, but not required.
Skills Needed:
- Communication: Excellent speaking and writing skills to communicate clearly with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to solve problems with a focus on helping clients.
- CRM Software: Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Multitasking: Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time while staying focused on the details.
- Organization: Good at organizing your work and managing time effectively to prioritize tasks.
