Ideal Candidate
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead the digital marketing team in Colombo.
- Ensure quality control, productivity, and performance targets are met.
- Target Setting:
- Set KPIs and targets for team members.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Campaign Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including:
- Performance marketing (Google Ads, META, LinkedIn)
- Conversion tracking
- Landing page development
- SEO
- Social media
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including:
- Tool Utilization:
- Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), Zapier, WordPress, Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
- Optimize campaign performance and track results.
- Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Relay this information to the team in Colombo.
- Team Development:
- Conduct regular internal meetings.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Work Environment:
- Create a positive working environment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the office.
The Profile
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), Zapier, WordPress, Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
- Leadership:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and targets.
- Communication:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively liaise with clients, senior management, and team members.
- Track Record:
- Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
