Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online presence and improve our brand’s visibility. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled in digital marketing strategies like SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social media marketing, paid advertising, e-commerce, and email marketing. We also prefer candidates who are good at writing in English and have some design skills.
The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and able to manage and run effective marketing campaigns across different online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to help our website rank higher in search engines. This includes things like keyword research, fixing website issues (technical SEO), and getting backlinks to improve website visibility.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts by creating content, interacting with followers, and running ads to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Ads. The goal is to make sure we get the best return on investment (ROI) and higher conversion rates.
E-Commerce Marketing: Use marketing strategies to increase online sales, like promoting products and improving the shopping experience for customers.
Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns to keep customers engaged, build relationships, and encourage repeat purchases.
Content Creation: Write engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and ads that attract and inform customers.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign data to see how well campaigns are performing. Share reports with management and suggest improvements.
Collaboration with Design Team: Work with the design team to create visually appealing content for online marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from a recognized university is required. A master’s degree will be a plus.
Skills:
Strong Writing Skills: You should be able to write clear, engaging content for websites, blogs, ads, and social media posts in English.
Experience with Marketing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Business Suite to manage and track digital marketing efforts.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to look at data, analyze it, and adjust marketing strategies for better results.
Basic Design Skills: You should be able to create simple graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator to help with online campaigns.
Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to continuously learn new skills and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.
