Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre Project – Frankfurt, Germany
A major contractor in Europe’s growing data centre sector is seeking an Electrical Package Manager for a €450 million project in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you will be crucial to the project’s success and the company’s growth, with opportunities for advancement to senior management positions.
Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Criteria: Establish and ensure that performance and delivery criteria meet client requirements.
- Client Relations: Build a trusting relationship with the client to foster future project opportunities.
- Quality Control: Develop and manage quality control measures; assist with project cost estimating and value engineering.
- Safety Implementation: Promote safety on-site and participate in Safety Leadership Teams.
- Contract Management: Work with the Commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, and change orders follow company policies.
- Documentation: Create installed drawings and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Resource Planning: Plan and manage resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Team Leadership: Manage a large team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Procurement: Ensure timely processing of requisitions and delivery of materials to the site.
- Technical Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, generators, busbar systems, and PDUs.
- Permitting: Work with the client on permitting for all activities in a live environment and assist in developing RAMS and relevant permits.
- Health and Safety: Understand COHE policies and work with vendors and subcontractors regarding LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant trade and/or third-level qualification
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience coordinating and managing large installation projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and IR issues
- Experience in design and build projects
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
