About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with accounting background to provide top-notch support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will not only manage administrative responsibilities but also contribute to financial and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations in both areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Accounting Tasks:
Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
Generate financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Reconcile accounts and assist with tax preparation or audits as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
