Sales Executive in Dhaka – Excellent Salary and commission, Remote working for UK company

Frankton Group Ltd is a UK based company with our core services in security solutions, risk assessment and facilities management. Most of us are former army professionals with extensive knowledge in security, guarding and we target businesses in the UK both private and public sectors. We are growing rapidly in the UK and also looking to hire 2 sales excs in Bangladesh where you can be promoted and expected to run a team of 3 Sales Executives and 2 Proposal Writers. We will be expanding our business across Europe by 2025 so you can expect to be part of our expansion plans and do business across Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Rome. 

About the role

We are looking for two highly motivated sales individuals with minimum one-year sales background. As a Tele-Sales Executive, your role will primarily be to open new leads by phone, make appointments for the UK team in line with strategic aims and targets. A strong work ethic, ability to adapt to a wide variety of clients, and a resilient mind set are key to the role. The role is available for immediate start for the right candidate. 


What you’ll do

-Contact prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn, emails and book appointments in the diary for the Commercial Director and Senior Sales Manager in the UK
-Follow up on outreach and email campaigns;
-Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and effective lead conversion;
-Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up;
-Conduct research to identify new prospects. You will initially be given a data of leads 
-Book client meetings for the sales team;
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are being properly followed up and closed;
-Pass on all credible information to the sales team;
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and results in the company’s CRM system
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to stay competitive and adapt lead-generation strategies accordingly;
-Administration associated with lead generation;
-Achieve all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Skills and qualities we appreciate

-You are a confident and a driven individual with a can-do attitude who works well under pressure;
-You have a proven lead generation background, preferably in the security services industry;
-You have a demonstrable ability to work independently and structure your week to ensure appoints are booked on time while managing your day-to-day daily
-You have excellent English command, communication and listening skills
-You have solid computer literacy, preferably with some knowledge of CRM and LinkedIn
-Honest, ethical, hardworking and a team player as well as ability to take directions given Commercial Director and UK based Senior Sales Manager

Competitive salary £500 UK monthly (75 thousand BDT) with your skills and experience
-Self-employed contractor role as well as commission (TBC during final interview)
-All Bangladesh holidays paid as part of your monthly salary
-Promoted to Sales Manager and run the Dhaka office setting targets whilst reporting to Commercial Director 
-Remote working from 7am Bangladesh time to 2pm finish with 30 minutes lunch break. Please note, you will be expected to work UK hours, which are Monday to Friday with 2 days off.
