About Us: We are a dedicated team of marketers running a Google Partner ad agency. We help businesses of all sizes, with most of our clients based in the U.S., and our team working from across the country and around the world.
Position: We are looking for a new Google Ads Account Manager. This is a remote position, meaning you will work from home.
Role Overview: As a Google Ads Account Manager, you’ll handle Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation businesses. You’ll be the main contact for clients, managing their accounts and building strong relationships. You will need both strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Management:
- Create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns.
- Understand and use Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
- Use the right campaign structures and bidding strategies.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Learn about each client’s business and target audience.
- Guide clients to improve their ad campaigns’ profitability.
- Advise on website changes and better metrics for evaluating success.
- Problem-Solving:
- Be resourceful and solve problems independently.
- Take initiative and overcome obstacles to achieve results.
- Remote Work:
- Comfort with working from home.
- Handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting monthly salary: $2,500.
- Increase to $3,000 with consistent, competent performance.
- Further increase to $3,500 with exceptional value demonstrated.
- Possible bonuses and incentives based on performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Google Ads Knowledge: Skilled in managing Google Ads campaigns and using the Google Ads interface and Editor.
- Marketing Strategy: Able to learn client details and guide effective ad strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Self-sufficient and proactive in overcoming challenges.
- Remote Work: Comfortable with working from home and managing multiple clients.
