Job Description:
You will work at the front desk of Hotel Continental Fuchu, which has 117 rooms in total (main building and new building). You will join a new project team focused on attracting more international guests by promoting the hotel’s food offerings. Even if you don’t have hotel front desk experience, if you enjoy helping people and providing great customer service, we encourage you to apply!
Main Duties:
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Handle reservations and phone support
- Respond to customer requests and assist them
- Manage room assignments
- Work with online travel agencies (OTAs) and develop strategies for attracting overseas customers
- Plan and manage inbound marketing campaigns using the website and social media
- Assist with revenue management and group bookings
- Specific duties will be assigned based on your experience.
If you have previous experience in the hotel industry, marketing, or revenue management, you may be given more responsibilities with decision-making power.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience working abroad, particularly in guest services or sales development.

Working Hours:
- Shift System:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM (overnight shift, includes a 120-minute break)
Salary:
- Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000 (based on experience and ability)
- Bonus: Twice a year
- Salary Increases: Available based on performance
- Meal Allowance: ¥5,000 per month
Holidays:
- Two days off per week
- 8 days off every 4 weeks (shift schedule)
- 4 days winter vacation, 4 days summer vacation
- 10 days of annual paid leave after 6 months
