Position: Human Resources Assistant
Job Pay: $24 – $36 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This individual will support the HR department through a variety of administrative tasks and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Strong time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems based on digital documentation.
Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing with source materials.
Act as a point of contact for employees and management, providing information and support as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized hard-copy employee records including hiring documents, evaluations, corrective actions, and training forms.
Sort and manage department emails and correspondence.
Monitor and manage unemployment claims, including claim review and form completion.
Support workers’ compensation claims processes as needed.
Assist with workplace investigations and complaint resolution.
Conduct ad hoc reporting as required by the department.
Participate in planning and executing employee events and celebrations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience with Dayforce is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to provide timely updates and reports.
Understanding of HR practices and administrative procedures.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR software.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
