Responsibilities

Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets
Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales
Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements, and implement new policies for the branch when necessary
Use actuarial data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch, and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits
Ensure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims

Qualifications

Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome to apply as we provide an in-depth training and mentorship program.
MUST reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada
Enterprising mindset
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently

Compensation
Fully Commission: $60,000+ per year
