We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, and will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls as needed
Manage reservations, inquiries, and club communications
Handle member check-ins and provide club information
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Perform light administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Beautiful waterfront work environment
Friendly team and community atmosphere
