Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing team member to join our dynamic Moneycontrol Fintech team. This role will involve developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve user acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization for better ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, brand, and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to experiment with different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing page designs to improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI in alignment with business priorities.
- Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign performance and reach.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Based in Mumbai.
