Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement change projects within the business.
  • Manage inter-departmental projects effectively.
  • Enhance business scalability and operational success.
  • Provide process support across all departments.
  • Analyze and optimize core business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service improvements.
  • Collaborate with Systems and Data teams to scope and support improvements in customer journey, business systems, and standardized reporting.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Proficiency in user stories, process mapping, and value-added analysis.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience with SQL and proficiency in other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or theory of constraints advantageous.
