About the Role:
As a Financial Professional, you’ll educate clients on key strategies to help them reach their short- and long-term financial goals. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or referral-based work. It’s a commission-only, independent contractor position with flexible hours — ideal for those who value autonomy, personal development, and client impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess financial goals and recommend customized solutions.
Use our proven systems and support tools to deliver high quality service and build trust.
Learn and apply concepts in wealth protection, tax-advantaged growth strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and life insurance.
Collaborate with experienced mentors to grow your skillset and impact.
Utilize our weekly training with the company to increase knowledge, skillset, and experience in the financial industry.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Attend bi-weekly team training calls on Zoom, looking professional with your camera on (Tuesdays at 5pm PST/7pm CST/8pm EST and Saturdays at 9am PST/11am CST/1pm EST).
Reach out to potential clients using a variety of methods.
Schedule and conduct calls over the phone and using Zoom.
Educate clients about wealth protection, tax-advantaged growth strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and life insurance.
Assist clients with the application process.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old (federally required).
Must live in the U.S. and be able to work here.
Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies).
Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance and support through the process if not licensed already).
Additional Details:
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (independent contractor / 1099)
Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Compensation: Commission-only
