Job Overview:
Healthcare Limited is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Administration professional in Sliema, Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to both clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock tracking and ordering.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Process and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice management.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and proactive.
- Knowledge or interest in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
