Job Requirements:
The person should have experience in the Aerospace industry or at least in metal selling.
Job Tasks:
- Visit and talk to customers to understand what they need for their business.
- Turn customer needs into business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly and get requests for quotes (RFQs).
- Keep a record of inquiries from existing customers in the Enquiry Register.
- Review inquiries and check if we can send a quote.
- Make sure quotations are sent to customers for the inquiries we receive.
- If we can’t send a quote, inform the customer.
- Send the quotations to the customers on time.
- Get purchase orders (POs) from customers after they receive the quotations.
- Work with the team to review the contract.
- Send order acceptance to the customer after receiving the PO.
- Collect delivery schedules from the customer.
- Create a list for the materials needed for each PO received.
- Ensure all technical details are communicated clearly to the Purchase department.
- Review custom duty payments and get approvals.
- Get dispatch clearance and send the invoice to the customer.
- Work with the logistics department to send the goods.
- Collect feedback from customers about their satisfaction.
- Submit monthly reports to the management.
- Submit the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) report regularly.
- Ensure payments are collected on time.
