Description
Our team manages iCloud Photos, and our work has great visibility. While we’re proud of our product, we believe there’s always room for improvement. Your engineering skills and innovative ideas will help us define and build the next generation of features that will be used by people everywhere.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining high-performance distributed systems using Java
Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra
Strong Computer Science fundamentals and experience with multi-thread programming
Curiosity to independently learn new technologies and proficiency in planning and executing projects, including designing data models and storage systems, managing data flows, developing APIs, and optimizing services
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Swift and/or Objective C is a plus
Passion for quality and attention to detail
Interest in working on consumer-facing products
Pay & Benefits
Apple’s base pay is part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay for this role ranges from $143,100 to $264,200, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to participate in stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, where you can buy Apple stock at a discount.
