The Funding Dreams Initiative is a transformative, global platform that empowers students by connecting them to fully funded scholarships through affordable subscription plans. Funding Dreams Initiative is a Not-For-Profit Organisation registered in Austin Texas, USA. We are building a movement that removes financial barriers to education, and we’re looking for motivated Student Recruitment Advocates to be on the frontlines of this change.
Role Overview
As a Student Recruitment Advocate , your primary role is to recruit students by introducing them to the benefits of the Funding Dreams Initiative and guiding them through registration and subscription on our platform, www.fundingdreamsinitiative.com. You will do this through direct engagement with student communities via formal or informal seminars, meetups, and presentations. This is a result oriented role where your active participation and results will be highly rewarded with great bonus rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily student seminars (formally or informally) with groups of 25–50 students in 1-hour sessions.
Educate students about the mission of the Funding Dreams Initiative and the benefits of subscribing.

Drive daily subscriptions to meet performance targets:
Daily: 200 student subscriptions
Weekly: 1,000 student subscriptions
Monthly: 4,000 student subscriptions
Maintain accurate records of all student seminar attendees, including:
Full Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Submit regular reports on progress, attendance, and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, universities, youth organizations, and student leaders to facilitate outreach.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm during all student interactions.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $1,250 USD per month
Performance Bonuses Dream Explorer:
Achieve monthly target (4,000 student subscriptions):
Bonus $1,000 USD
Exceed monthly target:
$1,000 USD + $0.50 USD per additional subscription above 4000
Dream Accelerator (Most Popular)
Achieve monthly target (4,000 student subscriptions):
Bonus $5,000 USD
Exceed monthly target:
$5,000 USD + $1.50 USD per additional subscription above 4000
Dream Achiever
Achieve monthly target (4,000 student subscriptions):
Bonus $10,000 USD
Exceed monthly target:
Bonus $10,000 USD + $2.50 USD per additional subscription above 4000

Ideal Candidate Profile
Passionate about education, youth empowerment, and making a social impact
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Previous experience in sales, outreach, or community organizing (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online registration tools and reporting dashboards
Capable of engaging with large groups and building trust with student communities
