A leading shipping firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented individual to join its team as a strategic partner, overseeing the role of Operations Manager for energy products supplied to 2 main regions “South America” and the Asia-Pacific region. This role can be managed remotely as they initiate new contracts in Saudi Arabia.

We are recruiting for one of the top energy shipping contractors, known for pioneering people-centric freight solutions. its industry-leading approach revolutionizes marine logistics by blending human expertise with cutting-edge technology, enriching lives and empowering global trade with innovative, efficient, and sustainable freight solutions.

Role Description:

Lead daily operations remotely using cutting-edge technology, crafting and executing strategies to enhance efficiency in the shipment of crude products. Monitor tankers from terminal to receiving ports on behalf of the host company, utilizing terminal control room workstations. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree, OND, HND, or PhD in a related field is preferable.

5+ years of management experience in the oil and gas sector, either upstream or downstream.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding problem-solving abilities, leveraging strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
