This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive annual salary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Analyze business requirements to pinpoint and define projects accurately.
  • Uphold and adopt established PM methodologies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Navigate the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders and garner their support.
  • Identify potential risks and craft mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for managing expectations and ensuring deliverable quality.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet predefined standards.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members by understanding and conveying technical aspects effectively.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities for future endeavors.

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience/training.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a technical capacity, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering projects of varying complexity.
  • Proficiency with project planning and support tools.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, delegate tasks efficiently, and foster a collaborative work culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and address issues under pressure.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Understanding of technical concepts to facilitate effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP.
