About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Job Assistant to support job seekers and/or hiring teams remotely. In this role, you’ll assist with tasks such as resume organization, interview scheduling, job board management, candidate communication, and general administrative support. Whether you’re helping a client land their next opportunity or supporting a busy recruiting team, you’ll be a critical part of a smooth, human-centered experience.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
Assist with resume formatting, cover letters, and job applications.
Research job openings and organize job board listings.
Maintain accurate records of communication and application statuses.
Respond to candidate or recruiter inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Provide administrative support to hiring managers or job-seeking clients.
Help improve processes by offering suggestions for efficiency or clarity.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience (remote is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, and LinkedIn.
Able to manage time across multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, reliable, and tech-savvy.
