UFH AND CO LTD, trading as Henleaze Post Office, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations, ensuring effective administration, strong compliance, and excellent customer service.
Role Overview
The Business Support Officer will provide administrative, organisational, and operational support across the business. You will manage documentation, assist with compliance requirements, coordinate communication, and contribute to efficient workflow and service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and office support tasks
Maintain accurate business records, files, and documentation
Assist with compliance processes and regulatory requirements
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents
Coordinate communication between management, staff, clients, and suppliers
Support scheduling, appointments, and operational organisation
Handle customer enquiries and provide admin support to front-of-house staff
Contribute to improving business processes and operational efficiency
Required Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping. High attention to detail with strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
