My SaaS platform fields a steady flow of questions from English-speaking customers, and I need help keeping every interaction smooth and on-brand. You’ll handle customer conversations over email, phone, and live chat, resolving technical issues and clarifying how our products work. That means translating jargon into plain language, thinking on your feet when something breaks, and doing it all with a calm, friendly tone.
I’ll give you a searchable knowledge base, escalation contacts, and the VoIP / chat software; you bring flawless written and spoken English, a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and the patience to walk less-tech-savvy users through step-by-step troubleshooting.
Deliverables
• Inbox, call queue, and chat queue maintained within agreed response-time targets (first reply inside one hour of receipt).
• Every interaction logged in our ticketing system with clear, courteous resolutions.
• End-of-shift recap outlining unresolved issues, bug reports, and customer feedback.
We’ll start with a paid trial shift to confirm fit, then roll into an ongoing schedule if we’re both happy.
