Skilled Architect to design and oversee innovative, sustainable building projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure).
Key Responsibilities
Develop concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Lumion.
Collaborate with engineers, QS, and contractors to ensure designs meet client needs, budgets, and Nigerian building codes.
Conduct site supervision and ensure compliance during construction.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture + NYSC completed.
5+ years post-qualification experience.
Expert in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), ArchiCAD, Lumion.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian National Building Code and planning regulations.
Experience in sustainable design preferred.
Educational Qualification: BSc Architecture
