We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, secure new projects, and expand our client base in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, tenders, and contracts in residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, government agencies, and industry partners.
– Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win major projects.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field (MBA an advantage).
– 5–7 years of proven business development experience in construction/real estate.
– Strong network in the Nigerian construction industry and documented track record of closing deals.
– Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
