We are looking for an experienced and driven Ad Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns on Speedcafe.com, ensuring smooth delivery, optimization, and performance tracking across various ad formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up, traffic, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Speedcafe.com using Google Ad Manager.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and creative teams to gather campaign requirements, assets, and specifications.
- Optimization: Implement targeting, ad placements, and creative rotations to boost campaign performance and meet client goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign delivery and performance in real-time, address any issues, and optimize for better results.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech advancements, and platform updates to ensure best practices and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner Liaison: Work with advertisers, agencies, and ad tech vendors to execute campaigns, solve technical issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Process Improvement: Help develop ad operations processes, documentation, and training materials to improve team efficiency.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign activity.
