Job Description – Tech Lead (.NET)
We are looking for a Tech Lead – .NET with strong technical and leadership capabilities to drive enterprise application development. The role involves hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and develop .NET-based applications using microservices
• Lead a team of developers and ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure and application deployments
• Ensure integration with CRM and ERP systems
• Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in .NET technologies
• Strong expertise in Azure, Microservices, MVC, and SQL
• Experience in CRM/ERP integrations
• Prior experience in a technical leadership role.
