Key Accountabilities:
o Arrange or implement field trials and demo plots according to CAC global R&D plans to be launched in Brazil and LATAM SSC, including but not limited to sample management, trial site selection, plot design, application, investigation, data analysis and trial report.
o Development of products and market opportunities through marketing actions like lectures, brochures, support on field demo-plots establishments and field days.
o Support sales team in New product launches.
o Training of the internal sales force team, distribution/coops and local consultants; to support the sales of existing & new products.
o Relationship with official researchers, consultants and key ambassadors, aligned with protocols discussions according to the region profile/potential and assure the ideal positioning for product portfolio;
o Consolidate and interpret data provided through field trials and demo-plots established
o Analyze the market dynamics and competitor movements & actions.
o Suggest, define and prioritize the key market opportunities to be incorporated into regional marketing plan;
o Support marketing team to identify and prospect new business opportunities, leverage product launches and work as market developer to generate demand;
o Product complaints attendance
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
o At least 5 years of field trials experience in the agrochemical industry
o Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and data analysis
o Familiar with the agricultural and chemical industry market and product knowledge, understand customer needs and competitor situations.
o Has good analytical and visionary approach on new ideas based on key market trends
o Fluent English speaking and written expression skills, with priority given to those with other local language abilities.
o Have the ability and experience to carry out R&D trials and demo plots in Brazil, and to achieve sales goals and product launches effectively.
