Job Type: Full-Time Telemarketing (Janitorial Campaign)

We’re hiring telemarketers to make calls and promote our janitorial services from home. Fluent English speakers, earn a great salary with no commute!

Responsibilities
Call clients to set janitorial service appointments.
Follow scripts and track calls.
Requirements
Fluent English (for U.S. clients).
Reliable internet (15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Quiet home workspace.
No experience needed—training provided!
Preferred: Janitorial appointment experience.
Schedule
Night Shift: 6:30 PM–3:00 AM (Bangladesh time).
Work Days: Monday–Friday (5 days/week).
Days Off: Saturday–Sunday.
Leave: 2 days/month allowed.
Bonus: ৳2,000 for punctual attendance (20 days/month).
Salary
New Hires: ৳16,000/month + 10 days paid training.

After 3 months: 20% raise (৳19,200/month).
Experienced (Janitorial): ৳40,000/month.
