We provide permanent and talent leasing recruitment solutions for the Engineering, ICT, and Multilingual sectors. We are looking for customer support advisor with German for one of our clients in Athens, Greece.

Requirement:

•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

•Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

•German (C1), English (B2)

Tasks

•Answering inquiries of merchants regarding the financial status of their POS account with the client

•To deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service via email

and phone. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction when helping merchants with financial inquiries and onboarding (Acquiring contracts) of new merchants. The phone calls volumes are currently approx. 5% (client may rarely ask to assist with call overflow for short period of time)

•Handling transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments,..) Onboarding of new customers (B2B) Updating the merchants’ information in our Data Base

There is a great relocation package available for German speaker. The position is based in Athens, Greece.
