Objectives of This Role:
- Optimize Efficiency: Quickly and accurately input and maintain data in our proprietary database.
- Recommend Solutions: Suggest data management solutions based on business needs.
- Manage Equipment: Ensure data entry software and equipment are functional and address any issues.
- Handle Requests: Process data requests from managers and employees.
- Achieve Goals: Meet organizational objectives while following best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Input and verify data in the database, ensuring accuracy.
- Review Data: Check for errors or duplicates, make corrections, and review outputs.
- Research Information: Gather necessary information for documents with minimal supervision.
- Update Database: Use automated tools to update and maintain the database.
- Create Systems: Develop efficient processes for capturing information and train team members.
- Generate Reports: Create and store reports in the database and perform data backups.
- Handle Files: Scan and print files as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Ability to keep company information confidential.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
