The Job:
We need a full-time remote Digital Nomad & Product Designer to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is creative, independent, and excited about working on a global health product. You’ll be involved in developing ideas, researching user experiences, and connecting with the digital nomad community to improve our product. Traveling and experiencing different cultures is a big plus. As a startup, everyone works together to advance the product.
Your Tasks:
- Design new solutions and improve existing ones, from initial sketches to detailed designs and multiple revisions.
- Conduct deep UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with your remote team to ensure designs meet product goals and user expectations.
- Engage with the digital nomad community to gather insights and develop a user-focused product.
- Use data, user feedback, and best practices to guide design decisions.
- Create an excellent and intuitive user experience, especially on mobile devices.
- Promote design thinking and a user-centered approach within the team.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- A positive attitude and experience designing global products.
- A portfolio showcasing a well-organized design process.
- Enjoyment in connecting with customers, conducting UX research, user testing, and data analysis.
- Ability to think strategically while making daily progress.
- Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools like Figma and Framer.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote teams.
- Independent, self-motivated, and focused on users.
- Experience in health tech and as a digital nomad is a big plus.
