We’re seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team at Eland Platinum Mine. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining equipment.

Responsibilities:
– Operate heavy machinery, such as drill rigs, loaders, and haul trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
– Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
– Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines
– Monitor and report any equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors
– Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
– Valid operator’s license for relevant machinery
– Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a mining or similar environment
– Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
