Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Interview Caller who can confidently lead live technical interviews with US companies on behalf of our developers. This is not a mock interview role — you will be participating in real hiring interviews and acting as the primary communicator with US clients.
Your role is to ensure interviews run smoothly, professionally, and result in successful hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage live technical interviews with US companies via video calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally in fluent English
- Understand technical requirements and discuss them confidently with interviewers
- Bridge communication between US companies and offshore developers
- Guide conversations, clarify questions, and maintain interview momentum
- Represent candidates in a professional, trustworthy manner
Requirements:
- Strong background in software development or technical roles
Proven experience in technical interviews (as interviewer, senior engineer, or tech lead) - Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
Strong understanding of common tech stacks (frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud, etc.) - Comfortable speaking with US recruiters, hiring managers, and engineers
- Reliable internet, camera, and professional interview setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with US or North American companies
- Experience acting as a technical representative or client-facing engineer
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
Compensation:
- Paid after interview success (once the candidate passes the interview stage)
- Rates depend on interview type (technical vs non-technical) and engagement level
