We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales for our premium outdoor media assets. You will generate leads, pitch advertising solutions, and close deals to grow revenue. This is a target-driven, field-focused role ideal for ambitious, persuasive professionals who thrive on results.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Identify and pursue new clients, brands, and media agencies.
    Pitch outdoor advertising solutions (billboards, LED screens, transit media).
    Close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
    Prepare proposals, rate cards, and media plans for clients.
    Collaborate with operations and accounts teams for seamless campaign execution.
    Track sales activities and submit weekly performance reports.
    Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience
    2–5 years of business development or sales experience (media, advertising, telecoms, FMCG, or B2B sales preferred).
    Knowledge of outdoor media (billboards, LED, transit ads) is an advantage.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
    Strong relationship-building skills and follow-up discipline.
    Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and proposal preparation.
