About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Podcast Host to launch and grow Dera’s podcast series. You will interview experts in the blockchain and DeFi space, create engaging content for our audience, and contribute to establishing Dera aAudio s a thought leader in the industry. If you have experience in podcasting and a passion for decentralized finance, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills.
This is a part-time role with equity compensation, As the Podcast Host, you’ll play a key role in shaping DERA’s voice in the Web3 space. You’ll connect with industry experts, create compelling audio content, and help position Dera as a thought leader in decentralized finance.
What You’ll Do
Host and produce insightful podcast episodes
Research, invite, and interview top voices in blockchain/Web3/DeFi
Collaborate with marketing to grow our audience
Share stories that engage, educate, and inspire our community
What We’re Looking For
Experience in podcasting (hosting or producing)
Strong communication and on-air presence
Deep interest in decentralized finance and Web3 innovation
Availability for a part-time commitment, with equity-based compensation
