Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to drive sales growth by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales activities
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Present, promote, and explain offerings clearly and confidently
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Handle customer objections and resolve concerns professionally
Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations)
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
