Position Title: Product Manager / Product Director

Reports To: Chief Product Officer (CPO) / VP of Product
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Salary: $76,000 – $128,000 annually ($60/hour)
Working Hours: 45 hours weekly (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager / Product Director to lead product
development initiatives at AerSale. This role will be instrumental in driving product strategy,
coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered
products. You will help shape our product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, UX,
and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
– Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
– Translate customer insights into product requirements and design briefs.
– Collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver features and improvements.
– Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends and opportunities.
– Oversee design direction and ensure product usability, consistency, and brand alignment.
– Measure and report on product performance using key metrics.
– Champion a user-first mindset and agile product development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Management or Product Design role.
– Strong knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Notion, Confluence).
– Moderate knowledge of UX/UI standards and digital product design principles.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
– Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams is a plus.
