Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Attend to phone inquiries/bookings/reservations
· Organize onsite sales visits
· Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site ocular visits
· Prepare proposals and agreements
· Manage reservations and booking status
· Negotiate contracts and packages
· Identify the critical requirements needed by clients to achieve sales target
· Ensure that all sales programs are successfully executed; follow strict alignment with
marketing programs
· Provide sound and relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target
objectives
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to gain information for sales strategies
· Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
· Create rapport with clients for repeat business
· Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
· Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, monthly reports for Calamba City Tourism Office and monthly usage of Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card
· Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Operations Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field is preferred
· Fresh graduate or with at least 6 months experience in resort/hotel sales or a related field
· Willing to be trained and be part of the team
· Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
· Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· With excellent verbal and written communication skills
