Job Description
This job is full-time and you’ll work at our office in Savar, Dhaka. We’re looking for a Senior Sewing Technician. Your main job will be to do advanced sewing, fix sewing machines when they break, help train and guide new workers, and make sure our sewing work is good and fast.
Skills Needed
- You should know a lot about sewing, especially advanced sewing.
- You should be good at fixing different sewing machines.
- Paying attention to small details is really important.
- You need to be able to work fast and meet our goals.
- It’s important to be good at talking and working well with others.
- If you’ve taught or helped new sewing workers before, that’s a plus.
- Knowing about how clothes are made and what good quality is also helps.
- You should have finished high school or have a similar degree.
