Job Description
Key Responsibilities Strategy Development
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and drive lead generation.
Identify and define target audiences for campaigns based on demographics, interests, and behavior patterns.
Develop plans to nurture leads through the marketing funnel, utilizing organic and paid social media tactics.
Content Creation and Management
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for all social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content teams to produce multimedia assets optimized for lead generation.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion of campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads, to generate qualified leads.
Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to ensure ROI goals are met.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve the effectiveness of ads and landing pages.
Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Foster engagement through polls, contests, and interactive content to drive interest and inquiries.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving lead generation strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Collaboration and Team Leadership
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality leads are passed on and followed up effectively.
Work with marketing and product teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage and mentor junior team members or interns, as applicable.
Tools and Technology
Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage lead tracking and integration.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing strategies to enhance campaign success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and content creation
